Konami's own update notice lists these builds as released on October 22:
- Steam and Xbox on PC: version 1.1.3 (Steam Build ID 25975867). Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5: version 1.1.2.
- Fixed on every platform: getting stuck on the title screen after saving and quitting with Arabic (and some other) system languages.
- Fixed on Steam and Xbox on PC: the game failing to launch with V-Sync off and FPS set to Unlimited, the cause of the high-refresh-rate black screen.
- Fixed on both Xbox versions: save data not loading when switching between Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC. Once both are updated, cross-save works normally; if your save is missing after a switch, do not create a new one.
- Still open: some UI elements appear partly off-screen on Steam Deck. Konami is investigating.

These are Konami's own figures. There is no separate Nintendo Switch 2 edition: Konami lists only Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 plays that version. If frame rate matters to you, PS5, Xbox or PC are the 60 fps versions. Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC share saves (see the issue below before switching).

How far players get
Steam tracks an achievement for every boss, so its unlock rates show where players stop. On October 24, 2026: 91.3% have beaten the first boss, 41.5% have beaten Talos in the castle, 19.6% have beaten Dracula and 16.6% have the true ending. The full list is on the bosses page.

Known issues and fixes

Konami sells it for Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 plays Switch games. Konami hasn't announced a separate Switch 2 edition: its product page lists only Nintendo Switch, at 30 fps, while the PS5, Xbox and PC versions run at 60 fps.
