Dressmaker Pigeon Mail: Berty and All 8 Letter Commissions

Berty the pigeon carries 8 optional commissions from Twillford's clients to your shop. You get him by finishing Dorothy's first dress, and finishing every letter earns the rare Birds of a Feather, Frock Together achievement. Here is when each letter arrives and what it asks for.
How to adopt Berty
Dorothy Parker arrives with three pigeons: Judith, Montgomery and Egbert, who goes by Berty. Her first card, Pigeon Adoption, is effectively Berty's test of you. Hand it in, pass or fail, and he decides to stay. From then on he perches at the end of your front desk and brings letters from clients asking for extra dresses outside the main queue.

Tips for pigeon mail
- Do letters early. They don't expire, but each one adds friendship, and friendship stars unlock that client's patterns in your Sketchbook.
- Finish the open story card first. Players report that accepting a letter in the middle of a story card can hide the open card until the letter is done.
- Check the perch before calling the story finished. Letters can still be waiting after the last main card, and the achievement needs all 8.
